What is Aurana?
Aurana is a Dubai-based, chef-led gourmet food brand creating bold, beautifully layered flavours inspired by ingredients and culinary cultures from around the world.
Take something familiar and make it extraordinary. That is the whole idea. Richness against acidity. Sweetness against heat. Familiarity interrupted by something you did not expect.

Products can be purchased directly through the Aurana website. For corporate and gifting enquiries, contact our team directly.

Selected bespoke and gifting requirements can be accommodated depending on quantity and lead time. Contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Do you deliver?
Yes. Aurana will offer delivery across selected areas of the UAE. Final delivery areas, timings and charges will be displayed during checkout.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery times will depend on location, product availability and order size. The applicable delivery estimate will be shown when ordering.
Storage & Care
How should I store Aurana products?
Storage instructions will be provided on each individual product and its packaging. Our chilled products must remain refrigerated according to the instructions provided.
How do I use Aurana butter?
However you want.
- Melt it over steak.
- Toss it through pasta.
- Finish vegetables.
- Spread it over warm bread.
- Add it to eggs.
- Melt it over seafood.
- Stir it through rice.
